HOW TO USE
Kneel on a soft surface with the ab roller in front of you.
Place your hands on the handles, shoulder-width apart, and keep your arms straight.
Slowly roll the wheel forward, keeping your abs engaged and your back straight.
Pause when you feel a stretch in your abs, and then roll the wheel back to the starting position.
Repeat for the desired number of repetitions.
